杭州灣李寧體育公園
項目地點：浙江省寧波市
項目規(guī)模：9.7 公頃

項目特點：本項目為臨時用地性質(zhì)；政府建設、企業(yè)運營模式體育公園
設計內(nèi)容：規(guī)劃方案設計
項目位于杭州灣新區(qū)城市地塊，面積約 9.7 公頃（長 5 約 20m，寬約
199m），根據(jù)管委會安排，擬對這塊用地作為臨時用地進行開發(fā)運營，
服務民生，功能為體育設施，結(jié)合景觀做沿地塊內(nèi)側(cè)的環(huán)形步道。
初步建設：南公園主要以體育設施為主，地塊內(nèi)部環(huán)形跑道、4 個 5 人制
足球場、2 個 8 人制足球場、2 個標準足球場、8 個標準籃球場、3 個網(wǎng)
球場，以及超大型戶外娛樂活動廣場。北公園以綠地景觀為主，由大草坪、
中心濕地、樹陣廣場、花海景觀等組成。
項目地塊位于杭州灣新區(qū)城市板塊，世紀金源綜合體南側(cè)，面積約9.7公頃（長約520m，寬約199m），地塊近期4-5
年不作出讓。根據(jù)管委會安排，擬對這塊用地作為臨時用地進行開發(fā)運營，服務民生，功能為體育設施，如結(jié)合景觀
做沿地塊內(nèi)側(cè)的環(huán)形步道。初步建設 地塊內(nèi)部環(huán)形慢跑道、4個5人制足球場, 2個8人制足球場，2個標準足球場8個標
準籃球場，3個網(wǎng)球場，兒童游憩場地及中老年鍛煉場所，公共停車場。
The project’s site is the new district of Hangzhou Bay, which is about 9.7 Hectare (about 520 meters long
and about 199 meters wide) on the south side of the Century Golden Resources Complex. According to
the arrangement of the Administrative Committee, it is proposed to use as the development and operation
of the land as a temporary land to serve theresidents. As for the sports function, there are a circular trail
along the inside of the landscape block, four 5-a-side soccer field, two 8-a-side soccer field, two standard
soccer fields, eight standard basketball field, three tennis courts, a children's recreation area and a
gymnasium for adults, a public parking lot as the preliminary construction.
